Overburden Breaking Law and Safe Mining Technology in Thin Bedrock Stope with Thick Alluvium

For the thick alluvium and thin bedrock coal seam mining in East China, it is easy to produce water by pressing frame. Taking engineering geological conditions of 1611 (3) working face Zhangji Coal Mine Huainan Mining Group as research background, breaking law with was studied using a similar material physical simulation experiment theoretical analysis. It revealed that under load transfer loose aquifer, roof fracture stope characterized large small periodic ground pressure, combination failure high key stratum low cycles prone support crushing accidents. Based on this, safety technical measures reducing distance forced caving are proposed, reasonable blasting parameters calculated. After field application, no accident recorded, safe, which provides reference for conditions.
